This light-bodied coffee from the Sidamo region of Southeastern Ethiopia, where the Great Rift Valley splits Africa North to South, is considered the finest coffee this country produces. A crisp finish complements the subtle berry-like notes. A pronounced wine like flavor is this coffee's trademark.
